training facility for the duration of your break. Save $$$

Each athlete will receive a customized maintenance program
upon completion, to be implemented during season to guard
against
strength breakdown, fatigue, and
injury.

Super Summer
For the College-Bound Athlete
(May-June-July-August)
Whether
you are entering your freshmen year, or returning
to campus for another season as a college athlete
YOU BETTER BE AT YOUR BEST!
This program will ensure you will be prepared as,
we will implement your college coach's conditioning
program into ours to have you ready to impress from
Day One. On days other than your scheduled training
sessions, you also enjoy the use of our Bellport facility
so you can save $$$ on a gym membership.
