ISP family member G.C. Yerry just landed a position as an Assistant Performance Coach for Army Football, in West Point, NY. G.C. spent the last 2 years as the Head Performance Coach for the Stony Brook Football program. With the move upstate, G.C. is now a "former ISP trainer" but will always be family!
Long-time ISP Athlete Nate Chavious made his professional football debut a memorable one with the Cedar Rapids River Kings of the Indoor Football League. Nate had two rushing touchdowns on the day!

On June 8th, Joe Palumbo made his MLB Debut for the Texas Rangers against the Oakland Athletics. He struck out the first batter he faced, Marcus Semien, and went on for 4 innings and 4 strikeouts!
September 2019
FAMILY SWAP!!! On July 28th, ISP Family Marcus Stroman was traded to the Mets from the Blue Jays for another ISP Family member Anthony Kay
November 2019
On September 8th, Anthony Kay made his MLB debut for the Toronto Blue Jays. He tied the Blue Jays franchise record for strikeouts in a debut with 8 strikeouts over his 4 innings of work!
GRABBING THAT FIRST “W”! On September 22nd, Anthony Kay came in for relief against the Baltimore Orioles and went on for 4 innings with 2 runs, 4 hits, and 3 strikeouts. To top it all off, he earned his 1st career MLB win!
Lindenhurst Football wins their 3rd STRAIGHT Suffolk County Championship!
Long-time ISP OG, Coach Nate Chavious, has signed with San Diego in the IFL! Congrats Nate!

Lindy Football takes home the Rutgers trophy as Suffolk County’s top team! This is the 2nd time in last 3 years the Lindy fellas and Coach Nick Lomardo have received this honor! We have been conducting team strength & speed sessions for the Dawgs since 2011. The young men who come through this program have been RELENTLESS!
