RAY BABINSKY, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ray has been involved in amateur athletics since 1995. As a baseball coach, Ray has worked at every level, ranging from junior high school to Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Half Hollow Hills East High School for five years. Additionally, Ray has directed and coached baseball travel organizations that annually compete on the national level. Over 130 baseball players he has coached have gone on to compete at the collegiate level with over a dozen currently in the professional ranks. Ray also has coached interscholastic basketball and football. Athletically, Ray played NCAA football for both Towson and St. John’s Universities. At Lindenhurst High School he was recognized as an All-Long Island football player as well as lettering in baseball and basketball. Ray has served as a Business Education teacher at East Islip High School since 1998.

Co-Founder of Infiniti Performance, Russ is widely recognized as one of the foremost athletic performance experts in the region. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After completing his undergraduate studies, Russ went on to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Parents and coaches alike find great comfort in entrusting their athletes to such a well-credentialed medical and fitness professional. On numerous occasions, his expertise has been highlighted by Newsday, MSG Varsity, and News 12, as well as other media outlets. Russ also was a guest columnist for Baseball Player Magazine. Having lectured at numerous conferences, Russ was tabbed by the prestigious Ripken Baseball to present at their coaches clinics on training the youth Athlete. As a former Division I student- athlete, Russ possesses a valuable, dual perspective. Besides earning the top certification in the Strength and Conditioning industry, and the highest degree in the Physical therapy field, he is someone who has also experience the rigors of being a highly competitive athlete. This body of work allows for an intuitive approach and feels for each athlete’s respective well-being. Since 2002, Russ has directly impacted the fitness and athletic goals of over a thousand clients ranging from 8 year-olds to the professional ranks. Russ proudly serves as a volunteer firefighter in his community and is the coordinator for our Integrated Tactical Training Programs for firefighters, police, and military personnel and candidates.

As a former Infiniti athlete, Jarad took his love for training to the University of Tampa to play baseball and study Exercise Science. It was both on the field and in the Human Performance Research Lab at the University of Tampa that Jarad developed a knowledge base for training athletes. Jarad is also the Performance Editor for the "Elite Baseball Performance" website with Mike Reinold, the Co-Owner of Champion PT and Performance (Boston, MA). He also owns his own website and research initiative, "The Baseball-Science Guy" where he aims to share the latest baseball research with the Long Island community so we can all make better, more informed decisions with our athletes. Jarad believes that athletes need to lay down a solid relative-strength base in order for more athletic qualities to develop over time, and utilize more "play time" in their non-training days to further enhance their athletic library. 1st Annual Infiniti Sports Trainer Olympic Champion! 

Coach Matt brings seven years of Division 1 strength and conditioning experience to the Infiniti Sports team. The former head strength and conditioning coach for the Syracuse Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse programs, Matt also worked four seasons with the Syracuse Football program as an assistant strength coach. He brings a unique style of performance programming with a strong emphasis on movement quality, injury prevention, along with strength and speed improvement. Matt received his undergrad degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland while also being a member of the football team from 2009-2011.
As an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Syracuse football in the ultra competitive ACC, Matt has captured two bowl victories including the 2012 New Era Pinstripe Bowl and the 2013 Texas Bowl. He has worked with multiple NFL draft picks on the football side including Riley Dixon, Jay Bromley, Zaire Franklin, Shamarko Thomas, Ryan Nassib, and 1st rounders Justin Pugh and Chandler Jones.
In his six seasons working in college lacrosse, Matt has worked with 10 first team All-Americans and two Tewaaraton finalists. The men’s program went on to win back-to-back ACC championships in ‘15 and ‘16 along with the women in 2015. The men’s program went on to finish as the National Runner Up in 2013 and the women’s program did the same in 2014. He continues to work with multiple players in the MLL today and some of the best lacrosse players in the world including Kayla Treanor and Kevin Rice. 
He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (C.S.C.S) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) along with a Level 2 Reflexive Performance Reset.

AJ NUNZIATO, PA, CSCS

AJ is recognized as an expert in the field of athletic performance and general
fitness group training.  After completing his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology, AJ worked alongside Coach Russ Taveras, DPT, CSCS in his physical therapy facility as a a PT Aide as well as in athletic performance. Parents and coaches feel great comfort in entrusting their athletes with this well-rounded fitness professional.  AJ is a former Division II student-athlete at Lander University, and won baseball’s Carl Yastrzemski Award and Long Island Player of the Year award in 2007 out of Ward Melville High School.  In 2012, AJ was named a 1st Team All County and 1st Team All Region in baseball.  He then went onto play 2 years of professional baseball  in Pittsburgh.  As a former athlete, AJ  possess a valuable dual perspective. AJ understands the competitive nature of athletes and adults alike. He has an expertise in understanding the mechanism of injuries suffered by athletes and adults alike.  He is well trained in preventing, as well as diagnosing, assessing, and treating musculoskeletal injuries.  AJ has directly impacted the fitness and athletic goals of hundreds of weight loss clients and athletes alike by giving them the fitness and nutritional guidance that theyrequire to achieve success.

Jacob Reich, CSCS

After receiving his CSCS certification, Jacob was a strength coach intern at the renowned Cressey Sports Performance, in Jupiter Florida. There, he adopted an individualized approach based upon an athlete’s needs and their body’s predispositions with sport-specific training. He has experience coaching athletes of all levels spanning from youth up to professional baseball players such as Mike Soroka,  Kyle McGowin,, AJ Ramos, and many more.

As a SUNY-Cortland graduate, Jacob learned fundamental principles regarding functional anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics as he pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Through his personal exercise and studies, he quickly became interested in sports performance and strength training and knew he wanted to share his knowledge and help athletes reach higher levels of their sport through the means of resistance training and quality movement.
