What’s the difference between SportFit and CrossFit?
Infiniti is taking the beneficial aspects of CrossFit and bringing them into an environment that is “periodized, rather than randomized” to help you maximize your results. We do this in a class size that is controlled, so you attain the personal attention and education you need to be successful in a safe and effective way. Perhaps most importantly, our trainers are CertifiedStrength & Conditioning Specialists, recognized by the National Strength Conditioning Association.
What’s the difference between SportFit and regular personal training?
Infiniti does not work “muscle groups” like most traditional personal training programs tend to do. We train the “WHOLE BODY”, because isn’t that the way
our bodies were intended to work? We design our workouts to focus on foundational movement patterns that will translate to athletic performance as well as activities of daily living. We design a program that will maximize your results by implementing the correct amount of strength training, as well as
interval training that will help you get the most out of your workouts, and help you reach your health and fitness goals.
This kind of training is only for people at a high fitness level…right?
WRONG! At Infiniti we work with individuals of all different fitness levels. Our first session with new clients is an individual, in-depth functional movement
screening and evaluation so we can identify individual skill levels. This allows us to modify workouts and design differentiated workout programs that are
conducive to consistent progress. Ultimately, this allows you to reach your maximum potential.
What is Small Group Training?
All small groups consist of 2-8 persons, not a massive assembly of people sometimes found in other facilities. You do not need to provide the group however,
any individual client can enroll. Although you will be training within a group, program modifications are implemented for each client, to meet their own
objectives and needs.
How many days a week is the program?
Our clients choose their level of commitment on an individual basis. You have the freedom of
choice, and the benefit of flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
