Longwood HS (2020) baseball player James Myler rexceives the ISP Athlete of the Month award for November! James is packing on good weight as per his goal when he started with us. James is consistent with his training as well as incorporating the nutritional plan we laid out for him.

Congrats to HC Nick Lombardo and the fellas! They trusted the process and put in the work starting in June with our summer Speed 7 Explosive Strength Program and kept it up all through their undefeated season in our In-Season Strength & Recovery program.

Mike Rizzitello was named Rookie of the Year in the Pacific Association while [playing for the San Rafael Pacifics. Mike hit .280 with five home runs, 12 stolen bases and 70 hits in 65 games.

Nate was named to the All-NEC Pre-Season Football squad for the 2017 season.
So happy for the tallest guy in the family, Evan Maxwell! Evan just signed his 2nd professional contract to play another season in Spain!

So proud of Grace Blomberg who as officially sworn in at West Point this week! Grace will be playing lacrosse for Army but first she slammed the Cadet Basic Training that must be accomplished before being sworn in.
July got off to a FAST start for Justin Meyn! He posted the best mile time in the Fire Island Ocean swim. Then the next weekend he came in second place at the Maggie Fischer Memorial Cross Bay swim.

In the last 2 years, our family has had 13 members selected by MLB!
In case you are wondering, only 17 Long Islanders were drafted total.
Congrats to Brian Morrell on becoming a 2-time recipient of the Yastrzemski Award as Suffolk’s best player! An incredible 10 of the last 12 Yastrzemski winners are ISP Family! Not to mention 5 recipients of the Gibson Pitching award in that time!

Incredible and unprecedented news! ISP tallied 8 family members selected in the Major league baseball Draft last week! Even more amazing is that 2 of them (Justin & Anthony) were 1st Rounders!!! Although we did not get to work with Justin once he moved away as an upperclassman in high school and then to college…he will always be family!
So proud of Justin, Anthony, Greg, Mike, Matt, Dan, Tyler and Cro!
